Presented in an elegant birdcage, Tea Tales invites you into a world of quiet whispers and hidden indulgence. Inspired by the Qing Dynasty tradition of songbird keepers who brought their caged companions to the tea houses – places alive with melody, conversation, and the sharing of secrets – this experience reimagines that union of refinement and intimacy for the modern age.

Each tier reveals a new chapter of the journey. The opening selection is light and delicate: dumplings filled with wild mushroom and beetroot, Shunde-style seabass dumplings, and crystal har gau.

The next tier sees bolder flavours with Yu Xiang crispy pork dumpling, crispy fried purple cabbage roll and Dim Sum Library signature Wagyu beef puff with black pepper. The experience draws to a close with comforting classics: a barbecued pork puff and a traditional egg tart, offering a warm and satisfying finale.

A feast both visual and sensory, Tea Tales are a celebration of connection and curiosity – a modern ritual where conversation flows as freely as the tea itself, and every bite sings with echoes of an old-world elegance once shared between friends, songbirds, and secrets.
